Hello fitfags
Can I lift right after a hour and a half session of muay thai? I am exhausted afterwards, but would a quick powerlift routine be good for me?
Pic unrelated

niggers are dumb

>openly fuck several women and admit
So alpha!
>secretly fuck several women
Cheater men are bad!
Just more proof that women should be treated shit it's not a meme

Do it the other way round if at all possible. I've been combining grappling and lifting for years, and martial arts before lifting makes your lifts plummet, while lifting before martial arts is a whole lot less likely to mess with your performance to the same extent.

So I can deadlift before I practice technique and shit ?
>>40604733
Hard to say, and really depends on your training priorities.
Like the other anon said, you could hit the gym first and do more potentiation and sport specific work. I'm unfamiliar with the specifics of strength and conditioning for martial arts so you'll have to do your own research there for better ideas
Some shit I might do:
8-10 sets of 75-80% deadlift 2-4 reps with 60-90 second rests. Bonus points for trap bar.
Same parameters with bench press
Some medicine ball throws
Some box jumps, maybe focus on jumps over a high box to train that forward moving power.

The joke is that it makes no sense. That's literally the point of the fucking picture. This is completely obvious to anyone with an ounce of mental acuity. Fuck all of you, and may you burn in hell.
>>40604791
I assume it's supposed to be bait or funny or both
I mean I could understand that some bitches are dumb enough to think that is legit but I hope that I am right and it's not meant to be taken seriously
>>40605878
don't be so damn sure. nowadays, "obvious jokes" could very well be shit people actually believe
>>40605792
So I should do more sets, instead of a normal powerlifting routine like starting strength?
