Looking for dieting advice. I'm that kind of person who doesn't care about taste, and I can eat the same things over and over again and be as happy as a clam. So is there a meal plan that I could eat every day?

The only reason dairy even exists commercially is because cheese tastes good and cream makes wonderful desserts. It's not a necessary diet component.
