I feel weaker in the morning. If I lift in the morning I can barely lift 1 hour.
If I lift at night, I easily do 1 hour and 45.

I tend to avoid lifting near bedtime because it fucks with my sleep and recovery.

I feel the best about 6 hours after waking up.
