What the fuck am I supposed to do now when I get better? Just start the program over, or should I switch to another program for a while and then restart it? Or do I just continue?

Painkillers and force it down bruv, that's what i've been doing you need to keep your food intake up regardless of how much it hurts food is the only way to keep your strength up when you're sick.

But since you were only on the second week I recommend restarting it because you have no idea what you're capable of handling at the moment, chances are once you get back the first workout will be rough but you'll be back to your normal strength in a few sessions don't worry too much
