I weight 70 kg and today i did reped out 18 dips in a row with +76 kg on me

How much do you think i could bench ?

I strap heavy sandbags to my head because im too por for going to a gym, been doing this for years

I go 90 degree on dips

Not more cause my joints have elasticy

Im too rigid im 5'11" i was thinking on try boxing idk im fast and lean
