How the fuck am i supposed to get 190g of brotein a day
>>40579620
This.
I'm getting about 100-140 maximum. That's with meat amd 2 scoop shakes. Apparently it's 1g/pound and I'm 210. Fuck this

Eat more
Like really that's it. I used to have the same problem, just had to start spacing out my meals and eating more. Fuck the protein powder, you don't need it.

protein powder is a very good way to get protein sometimes so you don't stuff yourself with meat and eggs every day. Eating always the same is horrible.

1 g/lb is bullshit, and it's especially bullshit if you're not super low bf% The rule for resistance training aim for 1.3-1.8 g/kg of body weight. If you're lean go closer to 1.8 if you're fat go for 1.3. That is literally all it takes even for the most advanced of bodybuilders or the most novice of beginner

Age of Mythology is fucking great

How do you not
And this was one of my worst days eating, 160g protein, no powders

Exaggeration lies as well in how much protein is suggested, and how much sleep you need.
