I'm getting about 100-140 maximum. That's with meat amd 2 scoop shakes. Apparently it's 1g/pound and I'm 210. Fuck this

Like really that's it. I used to have the same problem, just had to start spacing out my meals and eating more. Fuck the protein powder, you don't need it.

1 g/lb is bullshit, and it's especially bullshit if you're not super low bf% The rule for resistance training aim for 1.3-1.8 g/kg of body weight. If you're lean go closer to 1.8 if you're fat go for 1.3. That is literally all it takes even for the most advanced of bodybuilders or the most novice of beginner
