can you still build a healthy nice body with only pull ups, push ups and squats?
>healthy
yes
>nice
depends on your definition of nice. Aesthetically, you might be missing some key parts but you'll look better than someone that doesn't lift at all. Also pushups dont do shit unless they're weighted, and at that point you're better off doing bench

how bout one arm push ups?
>>40577825
by nice I don't mean bodybuilder, simply the body of someone who practice sports.
>>40577813
yes, if you move onto like weighted pullups/pushups or one arm pullups/pushups and single leg squats. aso you want some core work like planks, hollowbodies, l-sits, dragonflags

You're gonna have to get creative with calisthenics. Look up those "prison calisthenics" books. Prob still gonna have to leave the house
>Also pushups dont do shit unless they're weighted
This is flat out wrong.
>>40577975
This. You plateau in like a month but the noob gainz still happen
>>40577813
No--- you build a "USA Armed Services" body...
Square, no insertions, no curves, no traps, no V-taper.....
>zero thickness, as well

>Also pushups dont do shit unless they're weighted
Doesn't even make sense you stupid brosientist. Why do you claim things as fact when they're not?
What if you're skinny or fat and can only do around 10 or so per set? Will they still not do anything? I've seen people who can rep out a lot more than that build a nice chest by doing hundreds of them a day regardless of their rep range.
>>40577813
If you think thats a nice body then yes
>>40577825
For calisthenics you just move onto harder progressions.
How many planche push ups can you do? My bet is none so that meant if you trained for them you'd still build muscle. Not rocket science there bud its called progressive overload through progressions instead of adding a couple lbs to your lifts.
>>40577825
You CAN build muscle with pushups. You just have to do a LOT of them. As in hundreds or thousands a day.
