Anons I want a program that both builds strength and also muscle mass (a bodybuilder/strength program if you will)

This is what I have so far:

Day A (upper):

Bench press 3x5
Pec dec 3x8-12
OHP 3x5
Pull ups 3x8-12
Lateral Raise 3x8-12
Tricep pulldown 3x8-12
Curls 3x8-12

Day B (lower):
Squats 3x5
Deadlift 3x5

Idk what else to put in for leg day it seems too short, can anyone just give me an already bodybuilding + strength program? Sticky didn't help.

You're probably a beginner. Most would advise against making your own program.
Most of the recommended programs are supposed to give you a strength/asthetics compromise anyway. You could also try Fierce 5, Casey Butt's Routine or Allpro's (if you don't mind the slow increase).

Why advise against making my own program? People are different and it's not like I'm going to land a plate on my head by doing my own shit which still does the compounds lifts + accessories and gives enough time inbetween to recover

What I do know is that people on this board seem to get angry if you follow a routine that's not in the sticky. I also know that they're a bunch of fat autists so yeah.
