Yo.
I may start biking to work on rest days because fuck losing 12 dollars a day to drive.
But I still have miles to go on squats.
I basically do Lee Hayward PP Split and simply alternate with 1 rest day in between every gym day.
How much will 50 min of riding on mostly flat ground hurt my squat gains?

50 minutes of cycling is how many miles for you? either way it shouldn't be too bad if you're worried about not getting a proper rest day or something. Flat ground cycling is almost the lowest impact cardio you could possibly do

4 miles. BTW, I meant 12 dollars to park, not including gas and wear and tear.
Thanks for info.

oh, yeah, 4 miles is nothing. you'll be fine. Might actually be good to have some "active recovery" as part of your schedule.
t. been cycling for years, never noticed it affecting my squat

4 miles is 20 mins, unless it's uphill both ways
