What's your The Press at, /fit/?
I just did 145x5x5 but they were inconsistent as fuck: sets 1,3, and 5 were easy as fuck but 2 and 4 were the hardest of my life. Anyone have any tips for driving The Press up?

press more often. volume is king for OHP progression. standing db press is very good at working stabilizing muscles
90 and it's getting hard. Started a month 1/2 ago. I'm incredibly weak.

145x5, Its amazing how noone ever does standing ohp. Its the manliest lift for upper body.
