Redpill me on pic related and landmines in general. I heard some good things and think they look cool, but wouldn't the second half of pretty much every rep be much easier than with a barbell?
They feel good, so I do them.

Don't they feel good simply because they're easier though (because of torque, gravity, that kind of thing)? I mean the greater the angle the easier is would be to move the weight.
Plus I'd guess they don't work the back muscles the same way as a standard row would (different movement altogether), wouldn't they?
bump for interest

They are goat for back though, since you can use much more weight than in a barbell and when it comes down it stretches the fuck out of your lats, and you can be explosive with it too without losing balance
Landmine 180 are really good too, those oblique punching gains really show after a while
Landmine press... I do them seated like a Z press or Kneeling, i treat it like an accessory for getting a burn and it's kinda good because it isn't hard to the joints and you can be explosive with it, sometimes i rotate between OHP and explosive kneeling one handed landmine press for those unilateral gains for boxing
How do you think landmines compare to chin-ups?
