Will I gain weight if I stuff myself for just one day? I'm planning to eat 3000+ cals on Sat but I'm scared to even gain one kilo of bodyfat. I'm currently 68 kilos, 175cm (149.914 pounds/ 5'9") but I used to be an ex obese guy which might help explain my hesitation. I'll go back to my normal eating schedule on Sunday (1500cals) which according to many online "calculators" is below my TDEE.
Thats an awesome cake

If I eat it whole, will I gain weight?

To gain a kilo of body fat, you'd have to eat around 7-8k kcals iirc. Eating more at once will likely reduce the overall effective intake, but since calories are only a very rough estimate of both what your body takes in and what it does with it, I don't think there would be much of a difference.
As for your problem, 200 grams of body fat won't show up on any scale, but you'll likely get it.

If you get back at your deficit the next day you will burn up the difference in 3-4 days. You will delay your progress a bit, not blow it up.

for you

T-thanks, that's reassuring
Also just for added info my maintenance is like 13800 calories according to various websites. This week I have eaten around 8k total, what happens if I go overboard and end up eating upwards of 14k? Do I automatically gain weight?

Weekly. Around 1970 calories a day. Sounds like a bit much for a manlet but hey that's what most calcs say

Do 2 hours of cardio in the morning and stuff your face afterwards.

Not necessarily because I highly doubt you used exactly 13.8k kcal but if you did you will gain around 200g of bodyweight.

look asshole this is the third time I have seen you post this exact same thread and the answer is still to educate yourself on fucking nutrition, one pound of bodymass is equal to 3500 calories, so take your tdee and then for any 3500 calories over that you will gain one pound.

So 3500 over 13800?
