What time of day do you guys workout? How did you /fit/ it into your schedule?

As early in the morning as I can possibly muster. It makes me feel good and mellow the rest of the day, not tired, but my body just feels good.
If my work interferes I just workout after, but it kinda sucks cuz I'm already smoked from my delivery job and its way more crowded.

Before I had a job, I would go every day around 10
Then I got a job at a company that had a gym, so I would go there every day after work (I was the only one who used it... it was amazing)
I've since started my own company and work from home. I wake up, make a shake and drink it. Go to the gym by 8ish, then come home for a shower and make an egg breakfast.

How early are we talking here? I would have to be back by 8 to shower and stuff because I have school at 9. How much sleep do you guys get getting up early?
I work construction, so it's already physically demanding.

6 is usually the earliest I get up, get to the gym by 7 get a good 1.5-2 hours in then be outta there by like 9. Tbh though, I run on like 5 hours of sleep most nights.
