You are better off getting your calories from multiple sources rather than mainly milk. If you have problems getting enough calories a day, just look up a basic "bulking shake" and add one of those to your daily food intake. They consist of oats, milk, whey, fruit, nuts, oil, yogurt, etc. (w.e you want).
