I always thought I just had puffy nips and that it was normal but it's more and more apparent to me that I've got a small case of gyno in both nips presumably through puberty, recently hopped on some prohormones and the nips are a little more puffy than usual, what are the odds of it exacerbating into something irreversible without surgery?
