hey fit im looking for a general strength program for advanced novice/early intermediate. ive been running alphadestinys novice routine for 6months and now that ive hit 225 for 5 bench 315 for 5 squat and now today i just got 405 for 5 deadlift i wonder what should be my next program, also, i onyl have barbell and dumbells, no cables.
