I've been trying to get fit for years and till now I got no results at all.
I found this program and I would really love your opinion about it.
I'm 182 cm with 74kg and I have a freaking belly.
I want to gain muscle and look overly better than how I do now.

It took me about a month to be able to do 6 pushups. I can't do any pull ups. Dips I can manage a lot

OP here. I tried the T25 program but I never got to finish it. I started and stopped the program 4 times I think. I didn't follow a proper diet and my schedule kinda got messed up

But did you feel it worked? This is more intense i read. T25 is supposed to be more about cardio or something.

You do feel tired when you're done. It's a bit harsh on the knees with all the jumping around. other than that I don't know.
