TDEE is 1800 and I eat around 1200-1600 daily. Do i need to go lower to lose weight? Im also intermittent fasting and lift 6× a week for 40+ minutes

I'm not OP, but lifting barely burns calories.
And he's probably a midget like I am. Hell, my TDEE is around 1400 if I don't do any cardio.

You burn 200 in an hour heavy and a half heavy session so lets say you do an hour thats 100, go for a brisk walk at 5.5km/ph heck even at 4 with minor hills for an hour you burn up to 400 calories. Thats an hour you're not eating as well, that's 600 or 500 already add in what you do during the day. Average non-muscular person burns 60, the more muscle you have the more you burn, but lets say thats 60 calories an hour doing nothing. lets times that but 21 taking away the two hours you put in outside of the gym. Thats 1260 + 400 + 100...
You're not eating enough, you're starving yourself and your body will crave food, you'll be binge eating by the weekend. This estimate above is probably below. You'll burn into muscle; your body is going to hold on to any macros and convert that shit into tryglycerides at that rate.
