Will I gain weight if I stuff myself for just one day? I'm planning to eat 3000+ cals on Sat but I'm scared to even gain one kilo of bodyfat. I'm currently 68 kilos, 175cm (149.914 pounds/ 5'9") but I used to be an ex obese guy which might help explain my hesitation. I'll go back to my normal eating schedule on Sunday (1500cals) which according to many online "calculators" is below my TDEE.

You're developing an eating disorder
One cheat meal usually leads to more. Be careful buddy it's a slippery slope

Nah, I'll do some cardio on Sunday. I have the self control, I'm just in dire need of sweets, haven't eaten them in over a year.

If you eat above maintenance, you gain weight. That shit gets stored as fat and other stuff. Just make sure to either account for those calories by lowering the calories you eat for the rest of the week or doing some cardio.

This. Watching what you eat is good. Obsessing is not. You've traded one health problem for another. Don't worry about it so much. One day in a month is a blip on the radar. What matters is the long term.

I have no idea what would my maintenance is right now.

What would my maintenance be right now*

To answer that, you need to know two things:
1. How many calories per day are you eating now?
2. What has happened to your weight in the last month or two? Stayed the same? Gone up/down, and by how much?

Did you get thin from eating clean for one day?
