Being tall takes a fuckload more work than manlets.
I know manlets who can bench 170 and look ripped as fuck.
I can bench 200 and my pecs are like, "eh". I'm 6'1" btw.

I do sets of strict, hammer and preacher curls at 80% every time I workout on top of my regular routine, these sets I do 4x8-10. My arms are getting there now, they look good now really. 6'2" here btw

18 inch arms on a guy who is 5'8" (average height) Looks fucking JACKED compared to 18" arms on somebody who is 6'3"
