What is the easiest way to go from squat to lying flat on our your stomach and back to squat?
I am applying for a job where I have to pass some killer physical form tests basically, and part of them is a test where for two minutes minutes you have to:
- stand straight
- squat
- get flat on your stomach
- squat
- stand up
- same as above but get flat on your back this time
- you now finished two reps
- do as many as you can for two minutes
Since we will be doing push up tests before, my arms will be almost useless, so i am pretty scared of failing since my physique is a joke. I have to do at least 30 reps (ideally 38)

you are fucked if you don't train stamina, getting into squat from lying on your stomach/back is purely about triceps
train like this:
lay on stomach
bring your knees near your sides, push with arms into your feet, so you are in squat now
lay on back
bend legs so feet on the floor
sit up with arm help
