Anyone have a good 30 minute exercise routine for boxing/kicking on a boxing bag?
Also, if I somehow make my boxing-gloves while heavier... is that a thing? For getting more weight-exercising in my boxing

You don't want to load your hands as a form of weight training for your strikes. It doesn't work because the extra load is pulling in a different direction to the movement you're trying to get stronger at.
