how do their whey protein concentrate compare to ON protein powder?

Best flavor is chocolate, others aren't awful. Except coffee. Do not ever, under any circumstances, buy their coffee flavoured protein.

I get my creatine, whey, bcaas and a electrolyte mix from there. Double rich chocolate is pretty tasty and salted caramel is not bad.

I go with Balance Nutrition. 5KG bucket for $90-100 isn't too bad, I'm still on my first bulk though so I'm going to need something different for the cut but it's good so far.

Vanilla and Banana are the better flavours, Chocolate makes the shake really fucking thick and mixes really badly, so avoid that one.
