Hey /fit/ how does one stop from becoming a nu-male in this day and age? It seems like foods all have soy and other estrogen rich ingredients in them these days and all the talk about the chemicals being used for pesticides and in the water causing homosexuality in frogs etc.
How the fuck do you keep away from this shit when it's every where? I feel like men are fucked in the future because no one will do fuck all about it, as soon as you start talking about low test in men it's like people just laugh in your face like "who cares" but if women aren't getting enough estrogen it's a fucking crisis.

If you're concerned, buy fresh ingredients and prepare food yourself
Avoid fast food trash, wash your vegetables and fruits to remove pesticides, buy fresh meats and eggs, buy mineral water or a decent water filter
This isn't even hard to do
