>Read that women cannot into Overhead press
>TFW I cannot overhead press more than 80lbs for 5 reps
Why even live anymore desu? I've stalled on this weight for 4 months now.

Next workout try progressing in a way other than weight.
Example: try doing your 5 reps in a slower and controlled manner, feel each rep and power through.
Another thing you could do is try to increase by 1 rep per set; or even add in an extra set of 5 reps. After 4 months, the blockage is likely mental (unless you're not eating enough)

I literally can't though.
Plus my strength varies so i do either 75lbs or 80lbs. I can't do a single more rep, like I literally can't lift the weight.
Ok so you need progressive overload. And then when you fail to complete a rep, you deload. And then you eat and eat and eat and work back up to your weight through progressive overload progression and sleep 8-9 hours the day of OHP and you set a new PR. Any questions? As a side note, i think many women are unwilling to gain weight. If you are unwilling to gain weight like most of the guys on this board who you see progress on OHP, dont expect to progress like them. Not accusing you, just a thoughtm pic related its ya bois shoulders
you're probably eating shit

I'm a fat fuck who's been trying to cut

You're not going to progress if you're cutting, after a certain point. Just stay consistent and finish your cut, something you just gotta accept.
>improve your form (google it)
>increase your volume
>do sets with higher reps alongside your lower rep sets
>do push press reps to push past failure
>eat more protein
if you do all this stuff I 100% guarantee your ohp would increase

I also get scared pushing too hard on OHP because shoulders kind of feel unstable in top position. Seems like they could fk up desu
