So I do an entire month's worth of food prep. Last month I did brown rice/eggs/potatoes/chicken breast. I am utterly sick of those components and need to do my shopping today.
What are some good meals I can make and freeze?

Beef stew?
Chili?
Curry?
I tend to meal-prep some kind of stew for the week and find it fills me up and can be high protein easily

Stew's not a bad idea. Only thing I use pic related to freeze everything.
I had the tupperware but my room-mates are slobs, so they end up using my stuff and never washing it or outright losing it.
Might do beef stew, just have to freeze a bowl's worth and take a bowl with me to lunch.

Fuck your roommates up, don't be a beta. If I really don't want mine using something, I keep it in my room

Boil 50/50 potatoes/sweet potatoes and mash them, add milk.
Get some white fish fillets, cover with flour, lightly beaten egg, panko, fry in butter.
Add peas, green beans or broccoli.
Pork is pretty decent meat and not too expensive (it's not as fatty as most people think, bacon and sausage just give it a bad rep - just trim the fat off of it). Can be cooked in several ways, I personally love a bit of roast mustard pork.
