I am 6'6 and 230lbs
I work out every day for at least an hour but the pounds won't go. What am I doing wrong? (I eat very healthy just by the way)
Probably aren't tracking your kcals properly or at all
Also IF/low carb are great for breaking plateaus and losing wight.
