Greek Yogurt is the absolute best source of protein for the money. Don't be fooled by the supplement jew.

For 5 bucks i buy a tub of powerful greek yogurt (any brand will do, Your getting at least 22-25 per serving) with 25 grams of protein per serving with only 120 calories, and I eat for servings so it makes 100 grams of protein for 500 calories. You can easily get the rest in with a normal diet if your going for 1gram per lb of lean body mass.

>Nutrition per 100g:

You can make mean savory pancakes with it or even bake semi-edible 'bread' if you mix it with gluten. It's kinda high calorie but to my knowledge only tuna, chicken, and spinach beat it in the protein/calories category and you have to eat like a kilo of spinach to get a significant dose.

I have no idea how it is around the world, over here you can find it in the "healthy food" section of the supermarket or just order it online by the kilo.
From what I understand there are two kinds, one where they simply grind the whole seeds, and the other is what's left over from pressing flax oil. Over here it's explicitly labeled as de-fatted, but your experience may vary.
The de-fatted kind is rated somewhere between 310 and 350 calories, the whole kind is 500+, that's one way to tell.

Bread, oats, protein shakes, milk, rice (to some degree), peanut butter and tuna. Beans as well, but fuck beans. Lentils are pretty epic as well. Soup is fucking god tier if you can make it.

It's easy to fall into the trap of eating all your protein in a big meal, or only counting the super high in protein stuff. But don't forget that if you watch it a bit, you can get 20g's, or even just 15, in most meals and snacks, and that really does add up.

My go to snack at the moment is two chicken drumsticks on baby spinach. THe drumsticks are about $5aud per kilo, and a bigass bag of spinach about $3. Not massive in macros, but combined with all the other shit I eat it's awesome.

100g Jasmine Rice & Lentils boiled with star anese and bay leafs
150g Carrot, Celery & Onion with garlic cloves, salt n pepper
150g Roast Chicken

It's the first thing I ever did to try out meal prep and it's ultra lazy/time saving so I stuck with it. Basically boil 1kg of rice or any other grain, roast a whole chicken or approx 1kg of any meat, then steam/fry/roast 1.5kg of any veg.

Pour the fat from your meat onto the grain after it's done for extra flavour and/or calories.

And save the chicken bones for broth, or boil the veg in it. Or save the leftovers from both and make noodle lunches as a bonus.

I typically make 7 meals + 4 sets of noodles + 4 chicken bone broths, so basically dinner and lunch for a week for a total of £6 or approx £0.50 per meal

Easy to customise too.

>>40529849
Don't be a pleb. Buy your beans dry and cook them ahead of time.
>I can't into dry beans
>cooking is scary
It's easy and I'll teach you how. Now listen up, faggot. Buy a huge bag of beans. Black or Pinto are cheapest where I live, but it varies so check your grocery store. Now pour some out onto something you can spread them out on. A baking pan or whatever the fuck you can spread them out on. Remove any rocks or weird looking shit you might find. Shriveled beans count as weird. They don't cook right. Appendicitis is a bitch so make sure to get that shit out. Once the beans on the tray are free of weird shit, put them into a bowl. Repeat till you have 1lb of beans in the bowl. Now rinse the beans.

With lentils, black beans, and pinto beans and a few others you don't need to soak them. Just rinse them well and toss them in the pot or slowcooker. If they're kidney beans you HAVE to soak them forever and full-on boil them for at least 10m or they'll give you the shits. Remember to get some spices too. Onions and garlic are good too. If you're poor and don't want to spend money on onions, just leave them out. Jalapenos should cost you about $0.20 for three of them. Or just use powdered pepper. Spice them how you want them. I don't give a fuck, they're your beans. Eat them fresh, keep them in the fridge for 2-3 days, or freeze them for months.

You can also buy a slowcooker at a goodwill or salvation army. You can leave it on all night on low, and not have to worry about it catching fire. Just add 7 cups water to 1 lb of beans, and 6-12 hours gets you amazing creamy beans that you can pour over rice. Pair with eggs for a delicious fucking breakfast. Garnish with oregano if you want to play Gordon Ramsay or impress a girl.

>>40530688

100g of cooked (black) beans will give you about 10g protein.
