At what stage should you incorporate dips and pullups into your workout?

pulldowns can be done until you're strong enough for pull ups

Dips impede shoulder recovery time so if you care about bench and ohp gains I wouldnt do em. Pullups are fucking great, do em every day or whenever. They're a good warmup.
