I doubt you're gonna tell your doctor something he's never heard before or that he'll ask you for a physical to prove your worthiness of this drug that everyone buys now. He would likely just ask you some questions ("how long have you felt this way / do you have any heart condition" etc.) and just give you a prescription.

Also no, don't buy drugs over the internet; not only can you get scammed and won't know if you got a valid, legal drug still behind its expiration date, but you won't be under supervision of a licensed physician - viagra, for instance, shouldn't be given to people with heart condition since it can cause heart failure and blindness, among other symptoms, and he has to make sure you're good to take it.
