Okay guys so i fucked up and i need some advice.
Im am cutting at 2500 cals a day and this morning i was craving some poptarts so i binge ate the fuck out of some. I counted it up and it turns to 2000 calories of just poptarts.
Yeah i fucked up bad. I know. And i have had no protein all day. What should i do? Should i just fast the rest of the day to stay under my 2500 cut? Or should i get some protein in me at the risk of going over my 2500 limit?
Im thinking just have some scoops later today for protein and nothing else. Thoughts?

With that said, if you take 2 scoops of whey with water u can still add some protein to your day ~250 calories, keeping you still under your 2500 goal.
