How old are yall turning this year and what is your life and fitness goals you want to reach before you hit 30? 40?

you'll be fine OP. decline won't happen until 40 or even 50s.

I'll be 30 in August. I started exercising 2.5 years ago at 420+ lbs.
Weight = 275 lbs.
Bench = 300 lbs.
Squat = 455 lbs.
Dead = 515 lbs.
I'm going to lift natty until 35, then I'm going to do test like Asian in math class.
