ive been cutting for six months. i cut a lot of candy, sodas, sweet tea, and potatoes. I was pretty much running off of just full throttle and the occasional free pizza since I work at dominos, I'd say i cut pretty well - besides, I'm looking on feedback for my bulking. Gotta eat big to get big, right?

okay, but what am I supposed to eat then?

My daily routine I'm on is based on what I have available, it's currently:

Breakfast - either an egg sausage/bacon cheese biscuit from mcdonalds since theyre cheap, or I'll warm an iced honey bun with a little bit of nutella since nutella's got a lot of energy in it and nuts naturally have good things like omega 3s and fatty acids.

Lunch is either pizza (which you're saying is bad for me) or I'll grab some chicken from popeyes since white meat is high in protien.

Dinner's either something like what I had for lunch, or I'll have one of the michelina's zapems of assorted varieties (theyrel ike eighty cents so its cheap and easy)

to keep my metabolism up I graze on either mixed assorted toffee nuts or small hard candies. Never the soft ones though, those are more packed with sugar which is why they're so flexible because theyre like caramel, and caramel is sugar. The kind of candies I'm talking about are like the werther's or cinnamon disks.

I know there's probably room for improvement but it's hard to find something that has proven results at a low cost, especially around here where there aren't many places to get food outside of restaurants.

That sounds like some kinda fucky dirty bulk. Probably not enough protein tho. Add some eggs/skim milk/greek yogurt/whey powder in there somewhere. What do your lifts look like? You up to 1/2/3/4 yet? Might not be a trainwreck if theres muscle under there.

What are you, gay? Also, I can't get whey powder at my local grocery store. as far as the yogurt goes yogplait has a nice "whipped" yogurt type that is pretty good so I'm at least getting protien from that. I'm not sure what 1/2/3/4 is but i can lift the 30 pound weights at planet fitness over my head several times, if that's any metric to go by? The weights at the gym there go to about sixty so yay, halfways there!
