Follow SS, Stronglifts, Greyskull LP, ICF, All Pro's, etc. while eating at a slight calorie deficit.
You can't gain muscle and lose fat unless you're a complete beginner or have had an extended layoff (6+ months) from working out.

Eat at maintenance while doing a bodybuilding type resistance exercise regimine or full body calisthenics and some added cardio or extra activity.
Try to cut out 90% of all junkfood and eat healthy as possible while drinking water and up to a gallon of it a day.
But you can and should eat 10% absolute shit AS LONG AS IT FITS YOUR MACROS AND DOESNT PUT YOU OVER THE LIMIT FOR CALORIES
In two months you're going to go on a hard cut while lifting only to maintain the mass you've built and even, if you're lucking build some mass.
Once you get to about...13-16% bodyfat. You can really just do what you want and cruise. Getting big, IF while eating only meat and doing a bit more activity/cardio.
Losing strength and mass, hit the gym.
Going any lower then that and maintaining it will become a part time job and fuck your life.
