Im fairly skinny but This is how id like to look.
go swimming
do sprints
do pull ups once in a while
weight lift on and off never stay consistent with it just fuck around with the weights
keep body fat low

i have a body similar to this
all i do is:
bike ride 2 times a week between 15-20 miles each time pushing myself as hard as i can
lift for 25 mins each weekday before bed
do hollow holds and bodyweight exercises when i'm bored
eat right

i have cycling pretty hardcore for like 6 years now
i would do leg extension, calve workouts, squats during that time but i just started consistently working my upper body like a year ago.

Literally only this matters. I'm 184cm and about 70-72kg (no scale at home), still cutting, but estimating I'm about 10-12% and I look similar to bp.
