Anyone have any unusual ingredients they add into their green smoothies? Trying to get on dat dere Joe Rogan train.
I've been adding in turmeric lately. I've also tried garlic, but too much and you rape it.
my recipe is usually
>unsweetened almond milk
>spinach
>cucumber
>celery
>greek yogurt
>blueberries or a banana or an apple (choose 1)
>whey protein
>turmeric
>garlic
