How in the hell is it possible for some one to squat more than dead lift? I just don't get it? Me and my friend do the same work out. We wiegh the same (186lbs) but have a different height (I'm 6ft he's 5'8). I can squat 325 and my diddy is 385, he can squat 405 but only diddy 365, just don't get how it's possible

I don't know about your friend, op, but when I was on betaxolol I would have lowered blood pressure and passed out one of the times doing deadlifts. I wasn't able to train as hard as I wanted to at the time and am now having a hard time catching it up and beyond. It'll get there soon enough, though.
Probably just has poor form or isn't activating his glutes/hips/lats etc.

This. Sounds like he's not using proper form and is prone to injuring himself.

short arms

I've been squatting for 2 years and deadlifting for 2 months, so my squat is better than my deadlift. Not too shocking

Some people are just built to squat. my deadlift and squat are the same. Squat just comes so naturally to me. Hes probably the same
