Why is benching 3plts so hard to achieve natty? I feel like I've been stuck around the 285-295 1RM for ever. Never benched 300lbs, but can get 225x11, 250x6, and 275x2. Any natty lifters that weigh under 200lbs able to get 3plts? What you do to achieve it? Also 6ft btw

Took me 3+ years but did it. Once. Then i fucked up muy right shoulder and now only bench as accesory.
My program was basically alternate
5*5 + singles
5*3 + singles
3*2 + singles

I guess so. I remember back in high school on our foot ball team we had 4 kids that could bench 3plt or over, and they all were either over 200lbs or under 5'8.
