>completely sedentary
>lift for an hour a day
>eat 3000+ calories a day
>weight barely goes up (pic related)

What app is this?
>>40511434

Okay a graph,
Anyone got any ideas why this is?
>>40511403
It must be that your body does not obey the rules of thermodynamics.
Jk you're not eating 3000 calories or your TDEE is higher than you think
how tall are you?
I'm 1.9m and while bulking I eat 3800kcal and above 4kkcal on lifting days.
>>40511790
but muh genetics
>>40511790
I guess my TDEE must be really high,
I am 6'2" so that might explain it because I religiously track everything on MFP
>>40511798
How much do you weigh? I'm 6'2" so that probably explains a lot
>>40511816
Do you weigh your food? If you're relying on estimates those could easily be off
>>40511816
Your maintenance is probably around 2500. You should be gaining slowly but steadily at 3000 so perhaps you're less sedentary than you think. Or you're overestimating your macros.
>>40511824
'bout same weight as you
I used to be fit at 92kg, dropped now I'm back.
You really gotta eat.

What are you eating and how much do you shit?
