Prove me wrong /fit/ that Jeff Cavaliere is not a God. I started doing his sore muscle programs last weak, I can feel my muscles get the gains.

>last weak

do u do them all at once? or do u go into the gym do one of those 6 minute pump and fluffs then leave. wtf?
>>40510938
i do one every day in the gym, i bet everyone else gets jelly because i can go in and get out in less than 10 mins.
Jeff pls go
I think no one likes him because he is a bit weird and uncharismatic. His humour is really forced and he is also kind of ugly
Lastly while he gives good advice, particularly about lifting with a injury and rehab, he has a lot of stupid meme routine and click bait titles plus him shilling his shitty snake oil supplements.
>>40511084
It's the exact opposite for me, seems like a genuine dude unlike all the other idiots out there. He knows his shit and his body looks great.

Just a few of his most cringe worthy videos
Got nothing against the guy, every one has to make a buck. He has even helped me with some shoulder problems.
>>40511111
That's exactly what the other dude said. He's a genuine dude when it comes to training , but he still shills his bullshit supplements. Probably accused him of "meme-routines" because Jeff really doesn't give a fuck about traditional movements (bench, squat, deadlift) or holistic approaches to training, he's all about injury prevention, functionality (specific to your sport, he's a former(?) coach after all) and recreational lifting for looks. His body looks great but his face is objectively ugly.
>>40511360
Also, he has the charisma of a cold dead fish and his humor is on par. Not enjoyable to watch. At least he always sounds educational and not condescending. It's like listening to a teacher who knows about the subject and is very passionate about it, but he's boring as fuck.
>>40510713
Did that shoulder workout and the next day I couldn't lift my arms parallel to the ground for more than a few seconds. First time I've had shoulder doms in years. Shit works.
>>40511373
He spends 10 minutes on a 1 minute question.
>>40511360
I use his videos for form checks, but I agree he's unpleasant to look at. His chest insertions are unfortunate.
I usually download his vids when I'm looking for the proper form and technique on an exercise. Never picked up his routines tho.
>>40510713
He does have some merit to what he does, nothing he teaches is horrendously wrong and you can make acceptable gains on his programs. What rubs me the wrong way is that a) he shills his athleanx stuff at absurdly high prices and b) some of his online fanbase should be culled like sick cattle immediately.
If you like his approach and can cop his material at a discount or illegally, go ahead. But do not claim him to be the one above all because he is not, just an alright lad with a bit of a knack for training and nutrition who happens to somehow also be a marketing genius.
>>40510713
Just came home from this work out. Im a beginner, so dont take my word for it, but I think it was quite awsome. I felt it in my shoulder muscles like I've never felt it before. No dubt it worked for me.
His video titles can be abit clickbait, but you got to remember that Athlean-X is a company, and not just this one guy. Giving solid and good advice alone are not going to bring them income.
If you look at his experience, you cant deny that he have the potential to give some of the best training advices on youtube.

Can you tell me good alternatives for trainers who have charisma and knowledge?
