How do I stop being skinny fat ?
Im literally skinny but the only places where I have fat are my abdomen and some in my chest.
I dont want to lose any more mass in any other part that is not my abdomen and my chest.
My goal is to reach ottermode, maybe athletic.
The problem is that the "just eat less calories than you waste duh" doesnt work for me because if I did that I would just be skinnier in every place but my abdomen.

Im not that much into gyms or bodybuilding. I would consider calisthenics (if possible to achive ottermode or better with that shit) but idk how to get started
