How the fuck does anyone front squat?
I can't bring my elbows high enough in clean grip. Not only that, but my fingers have been taking some of the weight.
Cross grip has the bar slipping from my left shoulder.
I did this wrist flexibility stretch, to no avail.
Is it my posture? Flexibility in elbow? Shoulder flexibility? Do I have to build up my delts?
Use straps.
start with the bar, untill ur wrists get use to it. And its going to hurt, ull get use to it. Ima beginner at front squats, so far ive only done 35lb plates. I guess the heavier the weight the more its gonna hurt
