while it actually does work to improve cerebral blood flow I found out Vinpocetine inhibit white blood cell production and I ended up getting influenza a few weeks ago .. I never get sick and this fucked me up for two weeks

Ephedrine also whacked me mentally giving my nuclear ADD although that isn't really a supplement unless its a supplement to boost psychosis.
