How exactly do "days" work?
Let's say my TDEE is 2000 calories.
If I eat 2000 calories at 11:59PM tonight, does that mean I can then immediately eat 2000 calories at 12:00AM the next day and be okay?
>what is 24 hours
this has to be bait. I mean, come the fuck on OP
Depends, do we count the same day you start on?

Anyway, a more accurate thing is per week. So if your cals are 2000 per day, you would have 14000 to fuck around with. Whether that is to maintain, cut, or somehow bulk, you will accomplish it as long as you stay within that weekly basis.
Per day is mostly to keep you on the right track without too much planning.
To simplify it anyway. Also fuck off with that
>14000 on 11:59 at the end of the week so I can eat 14000 at 12:00

Technically in the long run it really doesn't matter too much
As the previous anon said if you look at it from a weekly basis you are still eating the same amount of calories as if you were actually eating properly
It's probably not too beneficial though, giving yourself those insulin spikes

weeks? ok now you're opening a whole new can of worms though. we haven't even figured out how days work yet, and this guy is bringing up weeks. how many days are even in a week? answer me that mr wizard. next thing this guys gonna be bringing up months, meanwhile we still haven't settle the fundamental question of what the fuck a day even is, let alone how one works.
>not waiting until December 31 to eat your yearly 730,000 kcal
Never gonna make it

What's the most calories you can eat without risking rupturing your stomach tho?
>>40498734
Depends on the density of the food. I'd think like 2000 for the average persons stomach if they were eating a SUPER calorie dense food
