I had started lifting about 1 year ago at 120 lbs and 5'10 and I am currently 182 lbs as of this morning. I spent the first 6 months screwing around the gym and seeing hella noob gains anyways and only recently started doing 5x5s and my lifts are way disproportional and I mean waaaaaaaaaaaaay disproportional. These are my 1RMs
Bench: 145
Squat: 185
Dead: 315
no bullshit no shenanigans. Any ideas on how to fix this, programs, diet, stretches, form tips, anything.

How does one gain 60lbs in a year ? It must be a lot of fat.
Friend of mine gained 60lbs in a year, but he was on meds and basically turned into a fat zombie.
You probably have long ass fucking arms that make you a great deadlifter. Just do ss and your gains will regulate themselves.
