Im doing Intermittent fasting, and thats really helping me keep myself in check. Only eating from 1pm-8pm so even if i do eat out or eat bad, i usually still wont crack 2k cals for the day. Ive stopped drinking though, and thats been suffering as fuck.

alcohol inhibits protein synthesis to some extent plus is just needless calories. Once or twice a week is no big deal but I'm assuming you literally mean daily which is just a poor life choice overall.
