I get a bowl of peanut butter, mix it with my choice of jelly (lots of jelly. Should be 4:1 ratio of jelly to PB. Add more jelly if needed to make it sweet)

Eat as much as you can. Tastes like candy. Extremely calorie dense.

It's low protein, but eat something protein dense to make up for it.
