I have a shoulder day but never seem to get sore delts the way I get sore with every other muscle group. I dunno, I just feel like my routine isn't challenging enough. Anybody got some real nasty face melter shoulder workouts that would make even Odin himself quake with fear?
Current routine is overhead press, skull crushers, alternating dumbbell shoulder press, bar raise, lateral raise, 45 degree dumbbell rows. All 4 x 8-10.

You could try to drop set the ohp till you can't lift te bar overhead this might do the trick for 3-4 shoulder days.
