Personal trainer anons, what kind of workout could net this body? 5'9 150~ is the stats. Maybe 160. I am 5'9 142 skinny fat but more so the side of skinny when flexed.

Only eat 1 solid food meal a day.... for breakfast.
Never do trap raises.
Do abs daily.
Run/walk 30 mins daily.
