So, I've learned about the Wim Hof Method, and that gave me the energy I needed to flip the fucking table. So, it's been a week since I'm:
>not smoking, drinking, gaming, fapping
>fasting, 24h cycle
>doing WHM when I wake up, cold showers too.
>going to the gym during fasting (morning)
>cutting most shitty carbs, but not taking note of calories, just eating until satisfied, once per day
>trying to sleep well
So far it's being easy, I just wanted to know, I'm going in the right direction, or am I mixing too much shit for my own good?

This is what self sabotage looks like. Do what works for you and don't ask anyone's opinion unless you really think you're hurting yourself.
Keep adjusting your plan with no mind towards making it easier or harder just do what works and incorporate what you think will help you.

If its working for you and you're not doing anything unhealthy like a suicide cut or dirty bulk, you'll be fine.
Seek consultation with an endocrinologist if you genuinely believe you have low testosterone, and get tested for pre-diabetes. Seek counselling for smoking and drinking.
